Ritenour Huskies Jr Football strives to train young people in the sport of football, preparing them for advance level future play within a culture of integrity, fairness, and good sportsmanship through the teachings of proper techniques and the observation of all current rules, regulations, and guidelines of the league and the game of football itself.
Ritenour Huskies Jr Football competes against other high school feeder programs in the Park-Rock Youth Football League (
www.parkrockfootball.org). Those schools include Junior teams from
Eureka, Lafayette, Marquette, Parkway Central, Parkway North, Parkway West, Parkway South, Rockwood Summit, Pattonville, Mehlville, Ladue, Webster Groves.
Ritenour Huskies Jr Football, like all Park-Rock clubs, follow the teaching and tackling methods of "Heads Up" Football. This program requires that all Head Coaches are certified in Safety, Heat and Hydration, and Tackling methods approved and provided by USA Football (
